Fuel Cell Company Proton Power CEO quits

Fuels cells developer Proton Power Systems plc said its CEO Christian Meyne has resigned to pursue his other business interests.

Current non-executive director Faiz Francois Nahab has taken the role previously held by Meyne of CEO of Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH, the company's German operating subsidiary.

Manfred Limbrunner, currently product manager, has been promoted to technical manager.

The company said that with a leaner management structure it would continue to focus on commercial opportunities to drive the business forward.

Shares were unchanged at 0.36p.
