Newmark Energy Solutions to supply UTC power fuel cells through strategic partnership

Alternative energy technology company, Newmark Energy Solutions, LLC, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with three other organisations to offer clean, efficient turnkey power solutions for commercial buildings in the US.

Newmark is partnering with UTC Power Corporation, Newmark Knight Frank and Austin Energy Partners Solutions, offering a full delivery, installation, maintenance and warranty service for fuel cells installed within commercial buildings in the US.

Each company has a different role within the partnership: UTC is leading developer and producer of fuel cells, and will provide the power units; Newmark Knight Frank is a global real estate service company, and will bring its project management and client relationship skills; while AEP - a private equity company with a renewable energy focus - will deliver risk management and operations knowledge.

According to the CEO of Newmark, Paul Frischer, the partnership will be addressing the increasing demand for clean, renewable energy; delivering silent, continuous power at rates that can be controlled for at least ten years, and extended beyond that time if so desired. He also advises that buildings adopting the technology could expect to benefit from a 50% reduction in its carbon footprint, as well as achieving a 20-30% fuel cost reduction over the course of ten years.
